I personally am not in favor of using any oil additiv. What car, if any, have you got? Even tried different pivot pins. It has a slight rough idle, so i went to the book on carb adjustments. It is stupid if the flooded float cannot close the inlet valve of the float chamber due to lack of lift and the fuel pump first floods the float chamber and then the engine compartment with fuel, irrespective of consumption. The solution that we have found is to reduce the fuel delivery.

I want to caution everyone that races in the rain to immediately after the race run engine on gas and drain the old oil out of engine.
